This website is owned and operated by Sold.Cheap.com. By visiting our website and accessing the information, resources, services, products and tools we provide, you understand and agree to accept and adhere to the following terms and conditions as stated in this policy.

LIABILITY
You agree not to hold Sold.Cheap or any of its employees responsible or accountable for any postings or information and nor shall we, be liable for any misuse or illegal activity by the third party. You understand and agree that we are not liable for any loss of money, reputation, or any special, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the website. We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a conditions that is caused by events outside our control (force majeure).

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Each item(s) is subject to a detailed inspection prior to listing on the website and every description is accurate and based on the findings of the inspection. We try to describe item(s) to the best of our ability. All of the information in regard to products on our website, such as prices, model and reference numbers is correct to the best of our knowledge. All photographs are of the article for sale and are accurate, unmodified images. Due to screen variations, products may vary in colour from that shown. Should you notice that anything is incorrect please contact us to let us know so we can put it right. We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. All products are subject to availability, which can change without prior notice. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

TERMS OF SALE
All sales are on a first come first serve basis since many are a one of a kind products. Item(s) can be reserved for up to five 5 business days until payment is received.
Before ordering please be sure to verify the dimensions of the product you are ordering to avoid being disappointed with the size of the product.

HOW TO BUY
You can e-mail your request to: sales@sold.cheap or phone us with your order (please include item(s) code, payment method, postal address and phone number).
To reserve or place a hold, please e-mail your request to: sales@sold.cheap (items can be reserved for up to five 5 business days).

PAYMENT METHODS
Payments accepted in (€) Euro and ($) dollars only.
At the moment we accept the following payment methods:
Credit cards*(due to the increased chance of fraud involved with internet orders, we put a limit of €500 per transaction.)
PayPal* for orders up to €350.
Bank wire transfer is the only method of payment we accept for orders over €500 (please make sure to pay all fees associated with your transfer. Contact your bank for fee details).
No COD orders.
All of our prices are quoted in (€)Euro and do not include freight/insurance charge.
Please note that foreign currency conversions should only be used for indication purposes.
For your protection orders may be subject to Sold.Cheap verification procedure. If your order contains any unusual circumstances that may be considered a fraud indicator, we strongly recommend that you contact us by phone.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Postage and optional insurance will be added to the cost of your order.
Item(s) are packaged and dispatched within two business days of cleared payment. Delivery times are extended over public holidays and maybe extended as the result of any adverse weather conditions. Quoted delivery dates represent an estimated rather than a guaranteed arrival, exact delivery date is determined by the carrier. Sold.Cheap cannot be held liable for delays in delivery due to the carrier or incomplete delivery information. Nor is Sold.Cheap liable for delay resulting from force majeure.
Sold.Cheap is not responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping.
We ship to most international destinations. For some destinations, however, due to especially difficult customs procedures, we reserve the right to refuse shipment.
Please understand that we cannot control import duty or custom charges imposed by any legal authority. They are the responsibility of the buyer. They will not be refunded. You may wish to contact your local customs office for an estimate before ordering.

WARRANTY
We would not knowingly ship a product that was "problematic".
All our items are warranted for 30 days (unless stated otherwise). We believe this gives plenty of time to realize any problem.

RETURN, EXCHANGE OR GET A REFUND INFORMATION
Returns of item(s) are limited. You can return in the event that we ship the wrong or defective item(s).
Exchanges can be made on item(s). Sold.Cheap will exchange any unworn and undamaged item(s) with all initially included accessories.
If when you receive your item(s), you are not completely satisfied, you may return the item(s) to us within 5 calendar days for exchange.
We will issue store credit or exchange any merchandise that is returned to us in original condition as shipped within 5 calendar days of receipt of order (period begins when you sign for delivery of the item). We must be contacted by telephone or e-mail to confirm that you are returning an item(s) within the 48 hour period. The item(s) must be returned to us in its original condition and packaging, together with any associated paperwork and accessories. Once received, we will undertake a detailed inspection to ensure all is in order and that the product is in the same condition as when dispatched. Please note that item(s) showing signs of wear or those that have been altered or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for exchange.
If you choose exchange to an item(s) that costs less, we will refund you the difference. If you choose to exchange for an item(s) of greater value, you are responsible for payment of the difference in price. For item(s) returned, postage is done at customer's expense. Any item(s) returned improperly packaged or shipped without insurance is done at your own risk if lost or damaged in transit.
For all returns, the original shipping charges are non-refundable.

AUTHENTICITY
Sold.Cheap does NOT sell replicas or imitation. All of our products are 100% authentic.

Sold.Cheap is not and does not claim to be an authorized retailer of any brand that we offer on our website. Sold.Cheap is an independent online retailer and have no affiliation with trademark owners, manufacturers or official authorized dealer network, of any brand that we offer on our website. Any/all trademarked brand names, logos and models, mentioned on this website are for descriptive purposes only and are property of their respective owners. Sold.Cheap website, including its owners, operators and developers, are not affiliated with any trademarked brand names or its subsidiaries, in any way.
